Information: We collect to provide safe and efficient "door-through-door" service, we collect the following types of information:- Personal Identification: Name, phone number, email address, and home address.- Service Data: Pickup/drop-off locations, appointment times, and emergency contact information.- Health Context: Specific mobility needs (e.g., wheelchair user) or appointment types strictly for the purpose of ensuring the correct vehicle and level of assistance are provided.2. How We Use Your Information- To schedule and fulfill Chaperone requests.- To process payments and generate receipts.- To communicate with families or caregivers regarding ride status.- To ensure the safety of the Rider and Chaperone.3. Information Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We disclose information only in the following circumstances:- With Chaperones: The assigned Patient Aide receives the patient's name, pickup location, and mobility requirements strictly for the duration of the trip.- With Facilities: If booked by a care facility, we share trip status and completion data with the facility staff.- Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of a person in an emergency.4. Data Security: We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.5. Children and Minors: RydeAide does not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13 without parental consent.
